If you find yourself struggling or feel stuck in some aspect of your life or relationship, counseling can help.  Through an attuned and empathic environment, I help facilitate positive change to improve your quality of life.  Some of the areas I work with include depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, attachment related issues, grief, mindfulness and PTSD.

Couples Counseling

Relationships can be one of the most rewarding and challenging parts of our lives.

I help couples improve communication to increase trust and understanding and deepen the bonds of the relationship. From an attachment perspective, couples learn to experience and communicate deeper emotions and needs leading to a more loving and secure relationship. I am trained in the Gottman method of couples therapy.

Co-Parenting

Divorce is a painful process that involves many strong emotions. When there are children involved, couples must move from a marital relationship to a co-parenting relationship. I offer support to couples making this transition. I also help couples develop a parenting plan as they move through the divorce process. Couples who seek co-parenting counseling, whether voluntary or court-ordered, often report a smoother, healthier transition into a co-parenting relationship. A cooperative co-parenting relationship provides a significant benefit to your children and their adjustment to divorce.
